Key Responsibilities:Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimatesAnalyze materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costsPrepare quantity take-offs and bill of materialsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project scope and requirementsDevelop and maintain cost databases and historical recordsEnsure estimates comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsIdentify potential cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunitiesAssist in bid preparation and tender submissionsMonitor project costs during execution and provide cost control supportPrepare reports and presentations for management and clientsQualification:Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related fieldCertifications in estimation, cost management, or project management are a plus
