Job Summary:Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and technical proposals for mechanical projects, supporting bid strategies, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and company standards.Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.Develop detailed cost estimates for mechanical equipment, materials, labor, and services.Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals and bid documents within deadlines.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather necessary data.Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing.Identify and analyze potential risks and assumptions in estimates.Support negotiation and contractual discussions with clients and suppliers.Maintain and update estimation database and tools.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Proven experience in mechanical estimation and proposals, preferably in energy or EPC projects.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and industry standards.Proficiency in MS Office, estimation software, and CAD tools.Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
