Estimation Engineer (Civil/Fitout)Job Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and fitout projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and requirements.•Evaluate and price materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts for competitive tenders and bids.•Work closely with project teams to understand project scope and timelines.•Assist in preparing tender submissions , including technical and commercial proposals.•Review and update cost estimates to ensure they reflect the latest market rates and project demands.•Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.•Track project costs and ensure adherence to the estimated budgets.•Collaborate with the procurement team to identify cost-saving opportunities.Qualifications :•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.•Proven experience in cost estimation for civil and fitout projects.•Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market pricing.•Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD , MS Excel , and specialized cost estimation tools.•Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.•Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
