Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects based on drawings, specifications, and scope.Analyze and review tender documents and technical proposals.Assist in bid preparation and submission.Collaborate with project teams to evaluate costs and identify potential risks.Monitor and update estimates during project execution.Source and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing.Ensure estimates align with project budgets and financial targets.Key Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and tools.Good understanding of construction methods and materials.Excellent analytical and numerical skills.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Immediate joiners will be prioritized; UAE experience is preferred.
