Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects across various disciplinesReview project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to develop comprehensive estimatesCollaborate with project managers and teams to ensure estimates align with project objectives and budgetsSource and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and servicesCompile tender documents and bid proposals with detailed cost breakdownsTrack and update estimates as project details change during executionRequirements: Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 2-3 years UAE experience in cost estimation within the construction or engineering sectorsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in estimation software and MS ExcelExcellent communication and teamwork skills
