Location: Dubai, UAE | Department: FinanceTo oversee escrow accounts for real estate and construction projects in Dubai. The role ensures compliance with DLD & RERA regulations, safeguarding client investments and supporting smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities:-Manage and reconcile escrow accounts in line with UAE regulations.-Ensure funds are released only upon meeting project milestones.-Coordinate with RERA, banks, auditors, and developers.-Prepare accurate financial reports and support audits.Qualifications:-Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, or related field.-3–7 years’ experience in escrow account management within UAE real estate/construction.-Strong knowledge of RERA audits & DLD regulations.-Excellent financial, organizational & communication skills.
