With our ongoing efforts to support Emiratisation program for local talent hiring in the region, this role is suitable for Emirati talent only.Job Title: ERP Security Lead (Emiratisation Program)Job Type: PermanentJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesSalary: Open for discussionRole Purpose:The Security Expert will develop the long-term security strategy for the 1ERP project and steer the implementation team to adopt this strategy. He/she will strive to safeguard the 1ERP project?s tech delivery and improve the general security level of the SAP S/4HANA solution through collaboration with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the IT Security strategy and roadmap for the 1ERP project
  • Manage the overall work to identify and mitigate Information and IT Security risks
  • Provide security and risk management expertise to support, and use as basis for decision making for the SAP S/4HANA solution
  • Provide security awareness, education, and communication to stakeholders and MAF to drive change
  • Support and/or manage security incident responses and crisis
  • Act as the key business stakeholder for 1ERP security related solutions
  • Define, implement, manage, and communicate processes, security, and access management (IAM) guidelines and procedures within the 1ERP solution, relevant for IT Security and Risk Management, as part of overall Information Security Management System
  • Monitor, follow-up, and secure compliance to IT security/policies and defined laws and regulations
  • Monitor market trends and new IT Security threats
Key Required Skill Sets:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of SAP security and authorization design and implementation
  • Technical know-how of SAP S/4HANA is required. Knowledge on SAP Best Practices with technical implementation experience and command over SAP Implementation Methodology
  • Technical know-how of Information and IT Security frameworks (ISO 27xxx, NIST, CSA-CSM), privacy and security regulations (GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.) is required
  • Ability to identify IT and Information Security risks within the 1ERP solution
  • Must have worked in multi country implementation/roll out projects
  • Security Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar) is an advantage
