The objective of this programme is to develop the skills of talented UAE national graduates and provide them with a strong foundation to pursue a career in Internal Consulting, one of the key functions within Emirates. Once you graduate from this programme, you will be a consulting and project management professional, gaining both technical and soft skills, to allow you to grow within the profession or move into a leadership role within the business. What will I do You will become an integral part of the Emirates Group ORE team supporting one of the world?s most dynamic and diverse aviation groups. You will deliver consulting and project management projects across the Group, using specialist technical consulting and project management skills to provide management with an independent assessment of continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with ORE Managers to scope, plan and execute projects, and discuss and communicate the deliverables to the appropriate level of management in the business.
