Duties & Responsibilities: · Allocating tasks to the enthusiasts according to requirements and skill set · Lead monitor and supervise the engineering team and any contractors on site. · Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of all Hotel Equipment & Systems · Carry out/ delegate work requests and respond to any emergencies that occur · Contribute to any Engineering projects as well as planning, supervision & executions · Supervise the preventative maintenance schedule. · Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures · Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications · Knowledgeable for engineering related operation system all Engineering system (RMS,BMS, Audio/Video System, Fire alarm /Fire fighting system, emergency lighting system.). · Ensure that the Preventive and corrective maintenance will be carried out according on the procedure and quality work. · Ensure that all Meeting rooms and Events set up will be ready before started. · Keep up to date on all areas related to the engineering trade.
