Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all engineering activities across projects, ensuring technical quality and compliance with ADNOC standards.Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications.Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure engineering deliverables meet project scope and schedule.Manage engineering resources, including recruitment and training.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental policies.Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues proactively.Maintain and update engineering procedures and standards aligned with ADNOC requirements.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering.Minimum of 10+ years of engineering experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, specifically with ADNOC or similar organizations.Proven leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Extensive knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, and codes.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Relevant certifications and professional memberships preferred.
