The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the engineering team to ensure successful project delivery, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. This role involves coordinating engineering activities, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering projects from conception to completion.Develop technical strategies, standards, and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and other departments to align engineering efforts with business objectives.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development for team members.Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological innovations.Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); Master’s preferred.Proven experience in engineering management or leadership roles.Strong technical knowledge relevant to the companys industry.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with project management tools and software.Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
