• Lead and manage the Engineering and Park Services departments.
• Develop and execute the Water Park Strategic Facility plan on an annual basis, this includes major and minor repair.
• Compile, submit, and align comprehensive budgets consisting of Utilities, R&M, & Capital Expenditure (FF&E) with the business goals and strategic objectives
• Ensure compliance with Dubai government compliance & Rules. This consists of the Dubai Municipality Public Health and Safety Department for the parks permit to operate and ensure the park is following Civil Defense standards of fire life and safety

About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of Engineering/Maintenance experience, five years in a managerial role
• University Degree or Diploma in related field
