We are seeking a proactive and organized Engineering Coordinator to support our maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate repair requests, assist in scheduling preventive maintenance, and liaise effectively with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.Key Responsibilities:Support daily maintenance operations by coordinating repair requests and ensuring timely response and resolution.Assist in scheduling and planning preventive maintenance activities to optimize equipment uptime.Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate maintenance work, ensuring safety standards and quality are maintained.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repair histories, and vendor information.Monitor maintenance work progress and follow up to ensure completion within scheduled timeframes.Support the procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials as needed.Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or specialists.Prepare reports on maintenance activities, recurring issues, and equipment status.Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies during maintenance operations.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field preferred.3-7 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or a similar role.Good organizational and communication skills.Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards.Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software is a plus.
