Engineer - Planning & ProjectsJob Location : UAERequirements :•Well-versed in Primavera as a planning and project management tool.•In-depth understanding of AutoCAD drawings.•Experience in preparing project programs and developing detailed programs including resources, cost loading, etc., concerning project requirements, required sequence, logistics, etc.•Hands-on experience in tracking and updating the project program at regular intervals.•Well-versed in preparing revised and recovery project programs.•Updating detailed progress and strong aptitude for time impact analysis & EOT claim.•Preparation and presentation of histograms and progress reports with KPI .•Coordination between internal departments and with clients.•Proactive in monitoring the progress of the project based on the project program & notifying the concerned dept./client to mend in case of any delays.•Attending coordination & progress meetings with the clients.•Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office , especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Qualifications :•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering .•Minimum of 5 years of combined experience (or together) as a Planning Engineer and Project Engineer in the construction industry, preferably in Precast Concrete Industries from the UAE or other GCC countries.•Fluency in English and good at communication & correspondence.•UAE driving license .•Registered Society of Engineers certificate by DM is an advantage.
