Job Description

Engineer - ElectricalApply nowOur Energy team is growing, and we are looking for an Engineer - Electrical.Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but are not limited to, the below:

  • Work in Substation as Consultant Engineer to supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of132kV GIS, 11kV Switchgear, Capacitor banks, HV Cables, Protection System, Substation earthing system, Cable tray system, lightning protection system etc.
  • Perform progress review and certification, technical recommendations for technical issues arising at the site, and shall be able to review Electrical drawings.
Candidate Specification
  • Working experience in 132kV substation in Gulfin the field of HV substation installation testing and commissioning works..
  • Experience in HV substation installation testing and commissioning works..
  • DEWA approval for 132kV GIS, 11kV Switchgear, Capacitor banks, HV Cables and Protection System.
  • Etihad WE/FEWA approval as resident engineer
  • Knowledge of Substation earthing system, Cable tray system , lightning protection system etc
  • Bachelor of Engineer in Electrical Engineering
  • Good Skills in report Writing , expert in MS Excel , experienced in Presentation preparation
