What you?ll achieve As EMEA CSG Chief of Staff, you will be supporting the SVP of EMEA CSG, and responsible for overseeing planning, sustaining business rhythm, and communicating priorities including executive decision-making, program management, initiative implementation within and across all levels of organizations. The successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically across the company, partner in business execution, advise on operational issues, and develop key communications that facilitate business execution. This position requires extensive cross-functional coordination at all levels, and excellent communication skills using analytics and insights. We are looking for persuasive, organized, proactive self-starters who excels in ambiguity and superior problem-solving ability with limited oversight. You will: 1. Support and drive the 3 Year Strategy ? Project manage a full refresh every year (Q4) ready for Q1 start. Review the Strategy at end Q2 and recommend any tweaks/ adjustments based on market, execution etc. Work closely with COC Cycle Strategists and Regional Leaders to ensure aligned Regional strategies 2. IOP Game Plan ? Create the annual game plan during Q4 that ties in with the 3 year Strategy. Finalise in early Feb, working in partnership with COC, CSG regional leaders and other key stakeholders. Co-ordinate aligned KPIs/targets with local and Global teams. Refresh the IOP/Game Plan end of each QTR based on execution, progress and market changes. Align execution progress and trajectory adjustments with LT on a regular basis 3. Communications ? Work with the SVP?s EA to develop the CSG communications strategy based on a cohesive story. Be guided by the 3 year Plan and Annual Game Plan (IOP) and what is relevant at the time. Work with the SVP?s EA to execute the communications in each QTR. 4. Readiness and Initiative Management ? Track the follow-up to critical actions arising from key EMEA, Regional and Functional meetings and initiatives. Ensure key alignments with CSG SVP are being executed. 5. Organisational Design ? work with the CSG EMEA LT to identify opportunities to optimise where our resources are assigned and role level Roles and Responsibilities. Compare EMEA with other regions to help stimulate possible ideas for improvement 6. Incubation projects ? lead and/or be team member in relevant incubation projects as required by the CSG business (EMEA or Global) ? these may be in any segment or RTM as required by the business***Essential Requirements* * Extensive demonstrable related professional experience with a bachelor?s degree or above. * Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments * Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives * Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across all departments * Strong sense of self awareness, can relate well, learn quickly, and adapt to changes while remaining calm under pressureDesirable Requirements* Skilled in translating ideas into clear, high impact communication * Experience collaborating with multiple teams in remote locations to drive initiatives at scale.Application Closing Date:22 APRIL 2022Here?s our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
