The Embryologist is responsible for performing laboratory procedures related to IVF and assisted reproductive technologies, ensuring high-quality embryology services.Key Responsibilities: Handle and prepare gametes and embryos for IVF procedures.Perform embryology assessments, fertilization, and embryo culture.Conduct cryopreservation and thawing of specimens.Maintain accurate documentation of laboratory procedures and results.Ensure laboratory compliance with UAE health and safety standards.Participate in quality control and assurance activities.Collaborate with clinical team to optimize treatment outcomes.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Embryology, Biology, or related field.Valid UAE DHA license in Laboratory or Embryology.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IVF laboratory procedures.Certification from recognized embryology or reproductive technology organizations (e.g., ESHRE, ISAR) is advantageous.Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
