Key Responsibilities:– Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, PAVA, Gate Barrier, Sliding Doors, Structured Cabling, etc.)– Manage AMC contracts, project coordination, and ensure compliance with SIRA & Dubai Municipality requirements– Conduct site surveys, inspections, and prepare technical reports/documentation– Plan & manage manpower and materials for AMC and project activities– Build and maintain strong client relationshipsQualifications:– Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering– 2-4 years of experience in ELV systems with AMC site handling– Valid UAE Driving License (Required)– SIRA Certification (Required)– Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, VMS, ANPR, Access Control, etc.)– Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & ELV configuration toolsFocus on delivering smart, secure, and sustainable technology infrastructure solutions.
