Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and electrical systems.Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in buildings and facilities.Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety codes and regulations.Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.Assist in the setup and testing of electrical equipment and systems.Respond to emergency electrical repair requests promptly.Maintain accurate records of electrical work and report any issues to management.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in real estate or facility management.Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
