  • To carry out repairs, maintenance and installation work related to electrical equipment and spares which reflect the standard of Hotel.
  • To organize work in a skilled and professional manner.
  • To ensure all the portable appliances are PAT tested as per the FLS matrix.
  • Ensure all the electrical distribution panels, Plant rooms, electrical equipment are tested and maintained as per requirements.
  • Ensure that all Work Order, PPM and General Maintenance works are executed as directed by the Team Leaders.
  • Knowledge of maintaining Fire, Life & Safety System and records.
  • Knowledge of HVAC/Electrical /Mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Sound knowledge of starting methods from motors, pumps and use of various chemicals for swimming pools.
  • Identification of HVAC /Electrical/Mechanical/ Plumbing spares & FLS equipment.
  • Ensure that the par level is maintained for the fast moving electrical spares in the stores.
  • To maintain the work area clean and tidy.
  • Be familiar and comply with all relevant Engineering Departmental Policies, Process and Procedures.
  • Knowledge of Building Management System.
  • Knowledge of basics of engineering drawings.
  • Adapt to any other duties in due time requested by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma.
  • Trade certificate in Electrical
  • Basics of Building Management System.
