Key Responsibilities:•Supervision & Coordination:Lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians.Coordinate with other departments (mechanical, operations, HSE, etc.) for smooth execution of tasks.•Installation & Maintenance:Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.Ensure proper maintenance of electrical panels, motors, transformers, and control systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize downtime.•Safety & Compliance:Ensure all electrical work complies with local safety regulations and standards.Conduct safety toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance among team members.•Documentation & Reporting:Maintain records of work performed, test reports, and material usage.Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with project managers.
