Responsibilities:Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear), IDTs (Instrument Transformers), SR (Switchgear Rooms), and related equipmentReview and verify technical drawings, designs, and specificationsEnsure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulationsConduct inspections and quality checks for electrical installationsCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issuesPrepare daily/weekly reports on progress, issues, and corrective actionsProvide technical guidance to site teams and ensure proper documentationSupport commissioning and handover activities of electrical systemsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as Electrical Engineer/Supervisor in power or industrial projectsStrong knowledge of GIS, IDTs, switchgear systems, and related electrical componentsExperience in site supervision, inspection, and commissioningAbility to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and standardsKnowledge of safety protocols and industry regulationsExcellent communication and reporting skillsUAE experience preferred; candidates able to join immediately are an advantagePreferred to have substation experience
