Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and installation standards.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.Proficiency in site supervision, project scheduling, and documentation.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.5–8 years of experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in construction, , or infrastructure projects.Familiarity with UAE or GCC electrical codes is an advantage.Experience with project management tools and reporting systems is preferred.
