We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Electrical Shift In-Charge to join a reputable metal manufacturing firm based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must possess a robust background in electrical engineering and proven experience managing electrical maintenance and shift operations within a heavy industrial or manufacturing setup.Key Responsibilities:•Oversee all electrical-related operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and safe functionality of equipment.•Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and prompt troubleshooting to address any electrical system issues.•Diagnose and rectify faults effectively to minimize downtime in production.•Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, protocols, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.•Collaborate with both production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operational efficiency.•Maintain thorough documentation, including daily logs, technical reports, and shift handovers.Requirements:•A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.•Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory role, preferably within metal manufacturing or a heavy industrial environment.•In-depth understanding of power distribution, industrial electrical networks, and control panel systems.•Flexibility to work rotational shifts is essential.•Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication and coordination skills.
