Electrical Maintenance TechnicianJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical and electronic components of packaging machines.•Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/electronic malfunctions, minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, reliable operations.•Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify issues and optimize machine performance.•Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and manuals to support troubleshooting and repair processes.•Perform preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected machine breakdowns.•Replace and repair electrical components such as motors, sensors, controllers, PLCs, and other packaging machinery parts.•Maintain accurate documentation for repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment specifications.•Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.•Provide technical support to machine operators and assist in training on equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.Requirements:•Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or Electronics•Experience: Proven experience in electrical/electronic troubleshooting, preferably in the maintenance of packaging machines.•Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and electronics.•Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical manuals.•Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment for troubleshooting.•Good problem-solving and analytical skills.•Knowledge of safety standards and practices in an industrial environment.
