Responsibilities:Review electrical design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for high-rise projects.Conduct inspections of electrical installations including wiring, panels, lighting, fire alarm systems, and power distribution.Ensure electrical works comply with approved standards, codes, and safety regulations.Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems.Review and approve electrical material submittals and method statements.Document inspection activities, non-conformance reports, and quality records.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues.Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of electrical inspections.Participate in safety reviews and risk assessments.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.8+ years of electrical inspection experience in high-rise buildings.Strong consultancy background in the UAE.Knowledge of UAE electrical codes and standards.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Relevant certification (e.g., NEBOSH, safety) is advantageous.
