The primary focus of the role will be responsible for monitoring and guiding the performance of the team by ensuring that all current and new processes are handled in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies and be a lead for all administration related support providing a seamless and complete administrative service to ensure that an effective, accurate and effective operations is achieved. Monitoring and making payments for expenditures, staff transportation, gate pass, office requirements, travel arrangement. Support cost saving initiatives in the day-to-day operations.

�What you will do:��

Responsible for all administration related support in sales support, procurement, network, and finance.
Deliver business results and creating a work environment that promotes employee engagement.
Evaluating current processes and recommending improvements to create efficiency and scale for the organization.
Represent the key business projects impacting team workflow and customer experience.
Represent the business on internal and external audits.
Assisting the Sales Department in Document Management, timely vehicle arrangements and day to day transactions management with the team to customers.
