Job Description

About the RoleWe are currently looking for an exceptional Educational (Teaching) Assistant for Middle School Social Studies Department to join our team in August 2022.The Educational Assistant will assist the Head of Department with a wide range of tasks on a regular basis. He/She will have the authority to supervise small groups of students or whole classes of students in extenuating situation, or when specifically requested to do so by the Principal or Senior Management Team.The responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting Head of Department with the preparation of curriculum documents, running small group activities inside or outside and preparing the classroom activities and the supporting documents, assisting with the ordering and distribution of resources. You will cover a class for short periods of time and develop familiarity with relevant aspects of the core subject - Social Studies. About You

  • Good level of general education, and have previous experience in a similar position or working with children.
  • You are a good communicator with an excellent command of English, computer-literate and can multitask.
  • Attested Degree/ College certificates in the subject field
