Job Description

Main ObjectivesDrive discipline within CD organization, and ensure CD executional excellence while building capability externally with merchandising team and internally with Perfect Store for Every Day Great ExecutionMain accountabilities

  • Execution Power House
    • Ensure all PS inputs and KPIs are submitted on time
    • Drive perfect store compliance and deploy audits/Regular market visit with Smollan & Sales team
    • Attend monthly cluster review meetings with individual CD cluster and Smollan, highlight gaps and align actions.
    • Lead In Market Activations & Perfect Store Actions with CD Execution Team
    • Lead OSA Loss tree analysis for MT to drive week-end OSA.
    • Standardized reports across the Execution teams and function
    • Review monthly assortment and provide necessary inputs/recommendations to key stakeholders for each channel format.
    • Lead people Training & Development agenda for Perfect Store
    • Monitor competitive activities and analyze Market Competitiveness Data with EPOS and Flyer Tracking
    • Manage and Own 3rd Party relationship as well periodic reviews related to Merchandising
  • Budget Control
    • Control and optimize the spending with the Merchandising Supplier
    • Ensure proper reconciliation and Pay for Performance is maintained
