Ecommerce SpecialistJob Responsibilities:•Oversee and manage the Shopify platform and overall eCommerce operations.•Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads to drive traffic and improve Google rankings.•Utilize Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.•Administer and manage product listings and inventory on various marketplace platforms (e.g., Talabat, Instagram Shop).•Handle product addition, modification, and updates on the eCommerce site.•Update promotional banners and manage pricing adjustments.•Implement and modify website design and features to enhance user experience and functionality.•Generating & updating reports for ecommerce & marketplace(sales, orders, commercial).•Assist the call center with fleet route applications and support for third-party services.•Upload and update product information and pricing as needed.•Provide support with third party applications, including customer communication and liaising with the support team for application-related issues.Requirements:•Minimum of 3 years in a similar role•Experience working in the retail industry•Bachelors in Marketing or any related field•Languages: Arabic AND EnglishLocation: UAE
