The traineeship duration is 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.Aspart of ourEarly Career Traineeship,you will be involved in:Attending classroom trainings and field jobs to fully understand the Artificial Lift Operations and the Business. By the end of the training program, you shall possess comprehensive knowledge of ESP operations ranging from ESP inspection, storage, mobilization, installation, troubleshooting and commissioning.

  • To ensure Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) is emphasized throughout the assignment period.
  • Shall coordinate all field activities to ensure that goals and objectives of the assigned task are accomplished safely
  • Shall be required to work in a highly collaborative, team focused environment.

  • Have recently graduated with abachelor?sdegree in Engineering from an accredited university in UAE
  • Graduated from your bachelors? degree within the last 12 months.
  • Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
  • Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge
  • Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
