Early Career Trainee ? RTS (Reservoir Engineering ? FTS and Completion Optimization)Would you like to learn from the best technical minds?Do you enjoy taking on challenging projects?Take your career to the next level.The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.Aspart of ourEarly Career Traineeship,you will be involved in:Performing tasks related to reservoir engineering, primarily in the space of formation testing and sampling for 6 months, and then transition into the space of reservoir completion optimization for another 6 months.

  • Performing Real Time QA/QC of logging operations, data validation and on job analysis of gradients and fluid identification and prepare technical interpretation reports for the involved product lines..
  • Support the Reservoir Solutions team in the space of Reservoir Engineering, primarily for activities involving reservoir characterization through Rate or Pressure Transient Analysis.
  • Train under the tutelage of the FTS Discipline Lead.
  • Other assignments may be given under other Discipline Leads (i.e. Production Technology) to support ongoing business development or operations. These assignments will be in the space of reservoir completion optimization (i.e. Inflow Control Devices well design)
  • Will work as a contact for customer inquiries, customer issue resolution process. Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.

  • Have recently graduated with abachelor?sdegree from an accredited university in UAE
  • Graduated from your bachelors? degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, within the last 12 months.
  • Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
  • Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge
  • Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
