About the Role:Scholars International Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EA/HR Coordinator to provide high-level executive support and coordinate HR processes across our schools. We are especially interested in candidates with a travel agency background, as the role includes managing travel logistics, visas, and administrative arrangements for staff. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic educational group, supporting both strategic leadership and people operations.Key Responsibilities:– Provide executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.– Coordinate employee travel arrangements, ticketing, hotel bookings, and visa processing.– Support onboarding, staff documentation, and HR administrative tasks.– Liaise with travel agents, consulates, and government bodies for smooth travel and relocation services.– Assist in organizing events, PD workshops, and HR-related communications.– Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:– Prior experience in a travel agency or travel coordination role is a must.– 2+ years in executive assistance or HR coordination, preferably in the UAE.– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.– Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with HRIS or digital systems.– Knowledge of UAE visa and travel regulations is a plus.
