Job descriptionCharterhouse has partnered with an Iconic Luxury Beauty Brand who are looking to hire an experienced E-Retail Manager, with a background in luxury beauty sector, to manage online retailer accounts. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Director and will work very closely with the rest of the Digital team.About the roleThe purpose of this role is to develop effective strategies and detailed action plans for the implementation in order to manage brand?s presence and performance through the e-retail partners.This role requires a highly strategic individual with a strong commercial focus and business acumen.The role will be responsible for the business performance, sales development, setting up and monitoring the targets and ensuring the maximization of objectives.In addition to the strategy development and implementation, E-Retail Manager will conduct frequent and precise business forecasts, analyse all e-retail marketing campaigns and activations, develop and follow up on visual content and marketing calendars.About youTo be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a similar position within a luxury beauty sector. The role requites a retail-oriented individual with solid business acumen and commercial focus. You should have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and an ability to take an initiative.You must have excellent communication skills in English, a second language is an advantage but not essential.
