Responsibilities:Lead production based on department planning, securing deadlines and establish a flexible studio schedule enabling the studio to deliver on quick lead times to meet commercial needsLead, manage and grow the Studio production team, enable development when neededEstablish the most efficient production workflow of In-house image production, in collaboration with management and the creative teamSupport the studio team in their work ensuring on brand/high level of productionManage production of all items to be sold on our website, including steaming, styling, photo shoot and post production correctionsWork with fast turnaround times and manage high demand for product.Responsibility for daily sign off of final images to be uploaded to product pages to include image quality and sequence in line with business directivesDevelop new processes to improve efficiency of team and production.Continually work to improve quality of our online catalogue to give the best experience to our customers.Build and nurture the relationship between company and external suppliers i.e. model agencies, artists and others.
