Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with e-Retailers (Pure Players, Aggregators & B&C) and distributors to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Join forces with the cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance, I&A & media agencies..) in order to develop & execute the eCom strategy by customer
  • Manage monthly/yearly forecasts and ensure target delivery
  • Track & analyze monthly performance across different KPI?s (availability, share of search, content, market share..) of Mdlz & competition, generate insights and turn into action
  • Develop with key retailers JBP?s (Joint Business Plan), including marketing calendars, category growth strategies, investments & targets, and ensuring its execution
  • Manage investments by category & e-retailer profitably, ensuring the right ROAS

What you need to know about this position:The role covers the 5 Gulf markets (UAE, KWT, OMN, BAH & QAT), where the leading market is UAE & the strategy is to expand to the others.It covers the full portfolio (Chocolate, Biscuits, Meals, Beverages & Candy) and requires close work & collaboration with the internal cross-functional teams (Media, Category marketing, Category Planning & Activations, Global Ecomm) and also with our external partners (distributors & customers). You will be translating the Ecomm strategy into commercial plans that unlocks growth potential & executing itWhat extra ingredients you will bring:A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

Education / Certifications:Minimum Bachelor?s degree with a specialization in marketing or businessJob specific requirements:
  • Overall a minimum 5 years of experience (ideally supporting the CPG industry) with minimum 2 years of proven experience in ecommerce & solid understanding of ecommerce platforms
  • Trade marketing / commercial experience
  • Digital Marketing experience is a plus
