We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive revenue, enhance customer experience, and optimize online operations. You will coordinate with marketing, logistics, customer service, and IT teams to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to meet sales targets.Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.Optimize user experience and website functionality for improved conversion rates.Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.Manage relationships with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and technology providers.Prepare reports on sales performance, website analytics, and marketing ROI for senior management.Ensure compliance with legal, security, and privacy standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management or digital marketing.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools).Excellent project management and communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development languages is a plus.
