Dynamics 365 F&O Functional ConsultantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Collaborate with business departments to gather and analyze their financial, supply chain, and operational requirements.•Conduct regular workshops and meetings to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement using D365 F&O.•Design and Configure D365 F&O solutions that align with business requirements, focusing on modules such as General Ledger, AR, AP, Sales, Inventory, Material Planning, and Procurement - including workflow design, system configuration & parametrization, custom reports and dashboards.•Design functional specifications documents for customizations and integrations.•Work on Business process improvements by analyzing existing business processes and recommend improvements or optimizations using D365 F&O. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and improve business outcomes.•Responsible for the implementation/deployment process, including data migration, system integration, and deployment of the D365 F&O solution.•Build small Solutions on Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI) integrated with D365 F&O and SharePoint.Experience & Education :•University Degree in MIS or Computer science.•Proven experience for 5 years•as a Functional Consultant in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on financial and supply chain modules.•Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Sales, Supply Chain Management, MRP, Inventory, and Procurement.•knowledge of financial processes, supply chain management, and operations, with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.•Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications is needed.•Being experienced in BPM/RSAT, Power BI, Power BI modeling, and Azure Data Lake Synapsis and Analytics.•Familiar with Power Platform and power automate is a plus.•Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyze complex business processes and develop effective solutions.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders using presentations and diagrams.•Experience managing or contributing to multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
