Immediate joiner only applyKey Responsibilities:Supervise hotel staff during shifts, ensuring all departments operate efficiently.Address guest complaints or requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.Monitor and maintain hotel safety and security standards.Coordinate between departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.Oversee check-in/check-out procedures, managing reservations and guest preferences.Ensure the hotel is compliant with health, safety, and regulatory standards.Assist in training and motivating staff to uphold service quality.Requirements:3+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and guest concerns.Knowledge of hotel management software and operations.Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
