Job Description

Duty EngineerThe position is responsible for the daily operations of the different sections within the Engineering department.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance in the hotel regularly.
  • Implement all necessary work procedures for preventive maintenance, initiate respective scheduled procedures and monitor carrying out of work as well as record the results within appropriate filing system.
  • Determine for repair work the priorities and handle the quick removing of all breakdowns. Does not accept work which is not executed in a competent manner. Passes invoices for payment only when the execution of the work is done as preliminarily agreed and to full satisfaction.
  • Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
  • Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Prior experience of 2-3 years? experience in a similar leadership role in hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
