The Ducting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of ducting systems in construction projects. They ensure work is performed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications and standards.Key Responsibilities: Supervise ducting installation activities on-site, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications.Manage and coordinate ducting teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Inspect ducting work for accuracy, safety, and quality.Review technical drawings and work plans related to ducting systems.Coordinate with other trades and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.Maintain records of work, inspections, and safety reports.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ducting.Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a foreman or supervisor in ducting or HVAC projects.Relevant experience working with companies within the UAE.Strong knowledge of ducting, HVAC systems, and local safety regulations.Leadership and team management skills.Currently based in the UAE with valid work authorization.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines.Salary Range: 5,000 to 8,000 AED per month
