Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;A. Ensuring that the associate will have FLOWER check on transaction basis before he starts the service. B. Reporting to Manager or Supervisor if there is any assistance required.C. Ensuring that Customer transfer services had been completed as per scheduled timings without delays or gaps.D. Adhering to timing gaps between various pick up and drop off points, being flexible and following UAE Traffic Regulations at all time.E. Highlighting timely service of the vehicle and maintenance jobs as required, reporting to Manager or Supervisor.F. Maintaining daily accurate records of the transfer details. and Resolution G. Ensuring all standard policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure Customer satisfaction.H. When required, any Customer Complaints or Comments are escalated to the Supervisor/ Manager as per agreed process.
