What you will be doing:
  • Greet, escort, assist with luggage, respond to requests while providing exceptional service
  • Drive guests and team members as part of shuttle bus schedule and ad-hoc requests
  • Listen carefully and take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest?s stay through up-selling
Your experience and skills include:
  • UAE Driving License categories 3, 5 and 6 are a must!
  • Previous relevant experience in Dubai, knowledge of the city and navigation
  • Safety first mindset, careful and caring driver with no record of black points and accidents
  • Ability to focus attention on internal and external guest needs, remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Good English language skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Comfortable to work cohesively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
