Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safety and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestAs a Quality Director for Drilling Services, you will partner with our manufacturers and suppliers to be a champion for product quality across the product line. You will lead a dynamic global team to ensure the culture of quality is an ever-present target for all stakeholders.As our Quality Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and leading implementation of quality organization, processes and tools to support strategy.
  • Exemplifying a Quality Culture for our business focused on our Customers to deliver positive experience for them
  • Defining the business quality strategy, objectives and KPIs to demonstrate Quality as a Core Value for us
  • Providing quality coaching and influence leadership, peers, and employees to shape continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and execute COQ reduction measures to improve cost reduction and increase sales
  • Developing influential relationships across departments to partner in delivering key quality and business objectives around cost, supplier quality, NPI and operations
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree in ?STEM? (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) from accredited college or university
  • Demonstrate Global or multi-site leadership experience within quality or operations role
  • Show expertise and extensive experience in people management with proven management skills in a comparable environment
  • Be influential and enthusiastic, with the ambition and resilience to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance
  • Have an in depth knowledge of fulfilment business processes and internal auditing within a regulated environment
