Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Structural Draughtsman with experience in luxury residential projects, particularly ultra-luxury villas and mansions. The candidate will prepare detailed structural drawings and collaborate closely with design and construction teams to ensure precision and compliance.Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed structural drawings and shop drawings for luxury villa and mansion projectsReview architectural and structural plans and coordinate with design consultantsEnsure drawings adhere to project specifications and local building codesCollaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve technical issuesUpdate and revise drawings based on project changes and client requirementsMaintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisionsQualifications: Proven experience in structural drafting for high-end residential projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD softwareStrong understanding of structural engineering principlesAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under tight deadlinesExperience with luxury villa/mansion projects is a plus
