We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Draughtsman with extensive expertise in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly in ADNOC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, piping layouts, and shutdown plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong background in piping design, shutdown procedures, and oil & gas facilities.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review detailed 2D and 3D drawings for piping, equipment layout, and shutdown activities in oil & gas facilities.Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to develop accurate and comprehensive drawings.Ensure all drawings conform to ADNOC standards, industry codes, and project specifications.Develop piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and detailed piping layouts.Assist in planning and executing shutdown and turnaround activities through detailed drawings and planning documents.Maintain and update existing drawings and documentation for ongoing projects and modifications.Verify drawings for accuracy, clarity, and completeness before submission.Support site activities by providing technical drawings and resolving drafting-related issues.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during drawing preparation.Keep abreast of latest drafting techniques, software updates, and industry standards.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma in Drafting or equivalent; AutoCAD certification essential.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in oil & gas projects, with a focus on piping and shutdown operations.Proven experience working on ADNOC projects or similar oil & gas facilities.Strong knowledge of piping design, layout, and construction standards.Familiarity with industry codes such as ASME, API, and ADNOC standards.Experience with Piping & Shutdown planning and execution.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
