The selected candidate will play a key role in creating accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and comprehensive documentation required for ongoing and upcoming projects. This position requires strong knowledge of interior fit-out detailing, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:• Produce high-quality shop drawings, GA drawings, interior fit-out drawings, and as-built documentation with accuracy and clarity.• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and specifications.• Make revisions and updates to drawings based on site conditions, feedback, or design modifications.• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, quality benchmarks, and internal drafting guidelines.• Support the team with material take-offs, schedules, technical documentation, and related tasks.• Maintain a systematic and organized record of drawing files and project-related documents.Requirements:• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or similar field.• 3–6 years of experience working as a Draftsperson in the interior fit-out or joinery industry.• Strong command of AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, or similar drafting tools is beneficial.• Thorough understanding of construction details, interior fit-out processes, and site coordination.• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under tight deadlines.• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team-focused environment.• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.Contact Details:Interested applicants can send their updated CV and portfolio to aakash@khinteriors.ae.
