Responsibilities: Prepare detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV systems, and Landscape projectsReview project specifications, drawings, and sketches to produce accurate plansCoordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standardsUpdate and revise drawings as per project modificationsEnsure drawings comply with local codes, standards, and client specificationsAssist in the preparation of material take-offs and documentationQualifications: Proven experience as a Draftsman in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV, or Landscape designMust have UAE project experienceProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD softwareStrong understanding of building services and landscape design standardsGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
