We are urgently looking for a Landscape Draftsman with hands-on experience in landscape, swimming pool design, and 3D modeling. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of UAE experience and be available to join immediately.Key Responsibilities:– Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for landscape, swimming pool, and irrigation projects– Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and planting/irrigation/pool layouts– Develop 3D visual presentations using software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit– Assist in designing decorative structures for landscaping projects– Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution– Update drawings based on site modifications, consultant feedback, and authority requirements– Support documentation for municipal approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, etc.)– Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and CAD standardsRequirements:– Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or Landscape Architecture– Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in landscape and swimming pool drafting– Strong in AutoCAD 2D; proficient in 3D software (SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, etc.)– Knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and swimming pool detailing– Knowledge of work is a plus– Familiarity with municipal approval processes in the UAE– Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills– Immediate joiners only will be considered
