We are seeking an experienced Facade Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade systems, preparing detailed drawings and technical documentation for various facade projects. You will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate design implementation.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed facade drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using CAD software.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop facade solutions.Ensure drawings comply with building codes, standards, and client specifications.Review and update technical drawings during the project lifecycle.Assist in the preparation of design documentation for client presentations and project bids.Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in facade systems drafting.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.Strong knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction techniques.Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
